Several majors such as Elementary Education, Special Education, Secondary Education, Physical Education, Athletic Training, Communications, Exersice Science, Park & Recreation, Psychology, and Sport Management have QPA standards that a student must meet. New transfer students who have not met these standards are admitted as exploratory students with an interest in that major. An academic faculty adviser in the Academic Advisement Center will assist these students with understanding their acadmic requirements.
