Following is an updated list of doctors
serving on the university's physician panel for work-related
injuries. As you may recall, employees suffering a work-related
injury in the course of their employment must visit one of these
listed physicians. Also, your immediate supervisor and the
Environment Health & Safety Office must be notified as soon as
possible in the event of a work-related injury.

Workers' Compensation
List
The Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act provides disability and
medical benefits to an injured employee who incurs any injury in
the course of his/her employment and related thereto. In the event
of such an injury, you must promptly report it to your supervisor
and complete an Employee Accident Report form. Should you need
medical attention during the first ninety (90) days of treatment,
you are to receive it only from the list of approved centers and
doctors below. We will not honor medical bills submitted from any
center or hospital not on the approved list below. After 90 days of
treatment, you may select any healthcare provider of your choice.
However, you must advise Environmental Health and Safety or Human
Resources within five (5) days of the first visit to each and every
non-designated provider. Failure to do so may affect whether we are
liable for payment. Should you have any questions, please contact
