prepare?

- RESEARCH. Specifically on products and future goals of the

thoroughness as favorable assets.
- What can I expect the day to be
like?

- First thing is first--Report to your contact person, and get an
overview of the schedule.

- Usual morning--Meet with various departments for interviews and
exposure to the position being filled and the staff.

- Second interviews usually last the entire day, so plan ahead
for that possibility.

- A tour of the facility is common.

- Testing for writing and/or mathematical skills, personality
testing, drug testing, and others related to the position may be
performed at this time.

- A possible lunch with selected staff may be planned to observe
your behavior and personality.

- You might expect to meet with the Human Resource staff to
answer your questions, explain follow-up, reimbursement for
expenses, and any final business.

- Finally, be sure to send a thank you letter to the contact
person extending your interest in the position, highlight your
qualifications and provide a general sense of enthusiasm for the
job.

clarify the employer's policy before committing to a
visit.

meals, automobile mileage, and parking need to be taken into
