Biography:
Dr. Randy Nichols is presently in his 12th year at Slippery Rock University, serving as a faculty member and assistant baseball coach. He received his B.S. and M.Ed. at Slippery Rock University, and recently recieved his Doctorate of Education at West Virginia University. Dr. Nichols previously worked for 6 years at Penn State University as administrator, faculty and coach. His areas of interest include fitness and fitness education as well as assessment and technology. Dr. Nichols’ hobbies include competing in 5K road races and outdoor activities. He lives in New Castle, PA with his wife Mindy, who is a public school physical education teacher, and two daughters – Miranda and Marly.
