Recreation Management / Tourism Program Outcomes
This
program resides in the Department of Parks, Recreation and
Environmental Education
1. Demonstrates
the ability to administer a recreation department in a variety of
settings, incorporating budgeting, accounting, supervision, and
other business related skills.
2.
Communicate effectively with
individuals, guests, and other publics, with emphasis on conflict
resolution, and oral and written presentations, supported by
technology
3.
Exercises dynamic leadership for the
effective operation of resort recreation and tourism programs and
activities.
4. Demonstrates the ability to design, implement and
evaluate diverse recreation and tourism program for all
ages.
