There are no restrictions on the number of guests if commencement is held at the stadium (NO tickets are required).

In the event inclement weather forces the ceremony indoors to Morrow Field House, tickets ARE REQUIRED. Note:  All guests - including young children - are required to have tickets for admission to the Commencement ceremony.  Due to the limited seating capacity of the Field House, each graduating student will receive up to 2 tickets for the ceremony.  Only ticket holding guests will be permitted in the Field House.  All guests without tickets will be invited to the (ARC) Aebersold Recreation Center for a live video feed of the ceremony.

Graduates needing additional tickets should check with friends to see if they are using all of their tickets.  We do not anticipate having very many, if any, additional tickets.  However, if you still wish to request extra tickets you must submit a written request to linda.quidone@sru.edu and your name will be added to a waiting list.

In the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made at 9 p.m., May 9th if commencement is to be moved to Morrow Field House.  If conditions are uncertain, please call 724-738-2998 for information.
