What are the qualifications of the professional staff?

Our professionally trained counselors are competent in such areas as counseling psychology and counselor education. They use a variety of counseling approaches in order to provide professional services in the interest of the students. In addition to counseling responsibilities, they provide auxiliary services to other departments in the University and are involved in teaching, outreach programming, and research. All counselors have doctorates. The continually receive continuing education specific to work with the college student.
