SRU ALUMNI ASSOCIATION TO HOST STUDENT
ART RECEPTION
AT NEW CASTLE’S HOYT INSTITUTE OF FINE
ART NOV. 16
SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa.
– A special reception for SRU alumni will be held from 6:30
to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at the Hoyt Institute of Fine Art as a way of
introducing the artistic talents of SRU students and those enrolled
in SRU’s College of Fine and Performing Arts. The event is
being sponsored by SRU’s Alumni Association.
In addition to
viewing the student art, the session will allow for an update of
current events under way on the main campus by President Robert
Smith.
Admission is $15,
including hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and beverages.
Music will be provided by the Will Weltman Trio, an SRU student
group. Reservations, due by Friday [Nov. 10] and may be made by
calling 724-738-2018.
