Stoops Scholarship
for Sophomore and Junior Education Majors
Requirements
are: Sophomore
status is 39- 50 completed credits. Junior status is 60-89
completed credits. There will be at least two annual
scholarships of at least $1,000 each per academic year 2007-2008.
This is a one-time award per recipient.
* Applicant shall have earned a 3.5
QPA during their academic career at Slippery Rock University.
* Student shall e considered to have
exceptional promise as future educators, as demonstrated in the
classroom, in field experience, or by participation in special
projects.
* Special consideration shall be
given to residents of Butler County, Pennsylvania, and to
applicants from the state of Delaware.
All applications are due by December 1, 2006
