Mission Statement
- The Office of Career Services at Slippery Rock University seeks to complement the academic programs of the university by assisting students in developing, evaluating, initiating, and implementing career plans. These services are viewed as a developmental process to be fostered during the entire period of the student's involvement with the university. Areas of focus include the exploration of academic majors, part-time employment, professional employment, and graduate study, as well as the preparation of students to present themselves effectively as candidates for employment or further professional preparation.
