How do I get additional tickets for commencement?

Complete the EXTRA TICKET REQUEST FORM located in the Commencement Office on the first floor of Bailey Library.

How long will the ceremony last?

Each ceremony usually lasts approximately two hours.

Where will commencement be held?

Each ceremony will be held in Morrow Field House.

Is there handicapped seating available?

Yes.  Please check with the commencement ambassadors at the lower level entrance to Morrow Field House.

Can I participate in commencement if I am unable to attend commencement rehearsal?

Rehearsal is mandatory, however, if you are unable to attend make sure to arrive at Morrow Field House by 10:00 a.m. and check in with the marshal of your college for information and also to obtain your graduation authorization card.

What time does rehearsal begin?

Rehearsal will be held on Friday, December 18, 2009 in Morrow Field House and will begin at 1:30 p.m. All graduates must obtain graduation authorization cards at rehearsal.

What happens if there is bad weather?

In the event of a snow or ice storm causing cancellation of commencement, call 724-738-2998 for information.  All regional news media will be asked to broadcast the cancellation notice.
