National Archives and Records Administration Student Worker

The internship is a paid position. The internship position would be 3 months in length. In your position as a student worker you will:
Complete stack survey of archives II textual stach areas
Validate information in HMS (database that tracks the location of records)
Update data in HMS.
Requirements
US Citizen, currently enrolled in school, excellent computer, writing and communication skills.
Qualifications
Communication, General Business, History, Professional Studies, would be preferred. The National Archives & Records Administration serves American democracy by safeguarding and preserving the records of our Government, ensuring that the people can discover, use and learn from this documentary heritage. The National Archives Holdings Management branch (NWCM) is currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated students to work to continue this mission.
The internship is an unpaid position. The internship position would be 3 months in length. MHN is seeking interns to be directly involved with our mission of promoting health needs and the overall well being of men and their families. With offices located on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, MHN works to educate policy makers, the media, and the public on the health crisis facing today's men and the need for both men and women to know about male specific diseases and how male health problems affect the workplace, the economy, and family and other loved ones.
Qualifications
General Business, Political Science, Communication, Human Resources, would be preferred. Qualifications include enthusiasm, basic computer skills, confidence in written and oral communication skills and being an independent initiator. Work hours are negotiable and flexible.
