Sponsorship Policies

1  Must submit a Money Request form no later than 6 p.m. Tuesday, the day before the scheduled ARHS meeting.

2  Must be an on campus event or an off campus event that provides free transportation.

3  Event must have a free or low fee admittance cost.

4 Event must be open to all resident hall students

5  Persons or Organizations must attend at least one meeting prior to requesting funds and are then required to give an informative report back to the delegation at the next available ARHS meeting after the event has happened.

6  ARHS requires that we are recognized in some verbal or visual form at the event for helping to fund it.

7  If funding is approved for your organizations event we require you to provide copies of advertising flyers, banners…etc to the V.P. of Finance or Finance Committee co-chair. There must also be advertising done within the Resident Halls!
