SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Maj. Patrick A. Callahan, director of Slippery Rock University’s Army Reserve Officer Training Corp, has been promoted to lieutenant colonel. The appointment was signed by Gerald T. Mayer, chief of promotions, Jan. 1 and was followed by a formal, on-campus induction ceremony Tuesday.
