SRU alumni plan trip to see ‘Cinderella’

 

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – The Slippery Rock University Alumni Association will host a trip to the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’s premiere of “Cinderella” April 25.

            The trip includes lunch and a backstage tour of the Benedum Center.

            The production by Septine Webre with Sergei Prokofive’s score is a ballet classic telling the love story of Cinderella and Prince Charming.

            Transportation from SRU to Pittsburgh departs from the Russell Wright Alumni House and Conference Center at 10:45 a.m. for the 2 p.m. performance. Tickets, $60 per person, in the Orchestra Left and Orchestra Right sections will be distributed on the bus. 

            SRU student tickets are $37 for orchestra seating, or $20 for second tier seating, including transportation and lunch.
