From our constitution:
ARTICLE III. OFFICERS OF THE UNIVERSITY FORUM
Section 1. Officers. The Forum shall elect a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson, a Secretary, and a Vice-Secretary.
A. All officers of the Forum shall serve for one year.
B. All officers shall be elected by and from the membership of the
Forum after May 1st of each year.
C. A slate of officers shall be presented by the Nominations and
Elections Committee at the May meeting, and additional nominations may be made from the floor with the permission of those nominated from the floor.
V. Issues and Projects to be carried over
a. Plus/Minus Grading – Trudy Bayer has decided that it is not feasible at this time to pursue the Plus/Minus Grading System since there appears to be a good amount of resistance.
b. Outstanding Secondary Teacher Nomination – Unhae Langis is currently working on the brochure for the Outstanding Secondary Teacher Recognition Program. She will present it to the FYRST seminar training in May.
c. Keister Road Crossing – Barbara Westman reported that she met with Provost Williams. He mentioned that the issue will be discussed in the next Cabinet meeting.

The Master Schedule will be checked for booking of the University Room.
