Criteria: Offered to any Junior or Senior in any of the sub-disciplines of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and/or Dance. Must write an essay (maximum 2 pages) of their qualifications based on financial need (special or exceptional circumstances), academic record, professional service/potential, contributions to department,university, and college, and contributions/service within the community.

Amount: $300, $500, and $700
