Criteria: Available to Physical Education majors in Junior or Senior standing. To access the award criteria, please visit the NASPE website: www.naspeinfo.org under "Awards & Recognition" and click on the sub-link "NASPE Wide Awards". Scroll down to "Major of the Year" to access award criteria, direction, and the application form.This information must be electronically submitted to the SRU Physical Education Department Awards Committee chairperson. The Awards Committee will review and select one award nomination, which will be forwarded to NASPE by December 15. The applicant does not send anything to NASPE. The award will be presented at the annual AAHPERD National Convention.
