Students are encouraged to get involved in activities and organizations that complement their classroom experiences, provide opportunities for leadership skill development, and that further individual interests. Approximately 100 different student organizations are currently recognized, including academic, professional, honorary, service, recreational, special interest, and social organizations and associations.
