Dr. Russo possesses a strong background in child development and counseling. Her post-doctoral research training, completed at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh, focused on the development of psychiatric disorders and delinquency in adolescence. Previous clinical work at Brown University hospitals and the University of Georgia Children's Center focused on counseling children, adolescents, and their families. Dr. Russo's research publications include studies of the development and comorbidity of psychiatric disorders in childhood and adolescent females, and in counseling children and their families in a community setting. |
