Dr. Ignelzi's primary research interests include professional development and supervision of student personnel staff, adolescent and adult development and reasoning in real life situations, moral reasoning, development, and education. Dr. Ignelzi has had the privilege of conducting research with renowned professors Lawrence Kohlberg and Robert Kegan. Additionally, he has served as Dean of Students (Wells College), Administrative Assistant (Harvard Univ.), Program Coordinator (Harvard Univ.), Director of Housing and Residential Life (Menlo College), Residence Hall Director (Univ. of California), and Administrative Associate (Ohio State Univ.).
