Site visits will be conducted by the course instructor for each course having a clinical component. The objective of the site visit is to observe the student in a clinical setting as he/she meets the course's clinical objectives. The instructor will expect to observe the student in the process of caring for a patient and will want to observe the interaction between the student and preceptor. The course instructor will want to meet with the preceptor and discuss any concerns or questions that he/she may have.
