Students are expected to evaluate their clinical experiences at the end of each completed clinical course and to share this evaluation with their preceptors.  Forms used for this purpose may be found in the MSN Forum on Blackboard. Students will find these forms under "Course Documents" in the "MSN Forms" folder.  Students will need to complete an Evaluation of Preceptor Form and a Student Evaluation of Practicum Site Form for each clinical experience.
