Criteria:  Physical Education-teaching major. First preference to students graduated from Robert E. Lee High School, Springfield, VA., and to women. Should there be no qualified applicant from Robert E. Lee High School, the scholarship is available to all students majoring in Physical Education who have completed at least one full academic year at SRU. Must be a full-time student maintaining traditional academic progress. Combination of athletic ability or appreciation of athletics, academic achievement, and financial need (in that order). Community service is also a consideration. Minimum high school grade point average of 3.0.

Amount: TBA, renewable if student maintains 3.0 grade point average and traditional academic progress
