Some books may also be found in
the tape reserve located at the Office of Students with
Disabilities.
A special, four-track tape
player or a digital talking book player is required for
listening to tapes/CD's from Recording for the Blind and
Dyslexic. One is available in the IMC at the library and
others are available for loan at the Office for Students with
Disabilities (Bailey Library, Room 122) on a first come, first
serve basis.
If requested books are unavailable
from RFBD, the office employs student-readers for this
purpose.
Please plan ahead and allow time
for readers to fulfill your request.
All RFB&D recordings,
equipment and office cassettes are required to be turned back in to
the Office for Students with Disabilities at the completion of each
semester. Students failing to return recordings or equipment
will lose their borrowing privileges immediately. Please keep all
packaging and boxes in tact in order to return
materials.
