TLTR is proud to announce the availability of a P-TA: Personal Technology Assistant. The current student assigned to this position is Christine Senko. A P-TA's primary function is to work one-on one with faculty members to help integrate technology into their teaching and research. Additional duties will be:

• Providing individual consultations, preferably by appointment in faculty offices.
• Helping faculty learn to use productivity tools such as e-mail, Microsoft Office, and other applications, and hardware such as scanners and digital cameras.
• Assisting, supporting and consulting with faculty to build web pages, work with images and graphics (including scanning and basic editing).
• Assisting faculty in converting traditional lecture presentations into digital format.
• Developing pathfinders and guides for faculty, as need indicates.
• Referring faculty to appropriate resources for additional assistance.
• Providing reports of any research, activities to monthly TLTR meetings
