The MSN Program uses technology extensively to make the program more accessible to the students. There are two approaches to the use of technology. The first approach is Interactive Television (ITV), which permits students to take classes at 2 or 3 sites simultaneously. The second approach is Blacboard, a World Wide Web program of instruction, that is accessed through the student's home computer.
