Professional Philosophy Major
The professional Major in Philosophy is a
39-credit hour program which aims at prepating for graduate study
in philosophy, primarily anticipating a career in college teaching.
The program requires a group of seven core courses and one three
credit hour Independ Study on a topic of the student's interest.
The remaining courses are electives, at least three of which must
be 300-level or above.
