“TAKE A KID TO THE GAME” AT THE ROCK ON SATURDAY

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Slippery Rock University will host a “Take a Kid to the Game” event on Saturday, April 12, 2003, as part of its baseball doubleheader vs. Indiana University of Pa.

All children 12 years of age and under will be admitted free to the games at Jack Critchfield Park.

The first game of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-Western Division doubleheader is set to start at 1 p.m.

The Rock baseball team has won 13 straight games heading into Thursday’s PSAC-West doubleheader at Lock Haven University. The Rock owns a 22-5 overall record and a 6-0 PSAC-West mark, good for first place.
