Each unit within the Division will have a written plan and will assess outcomes at least once within the Five-Year Program Review. Departments will survey students and other users to measure their degree of satisfaction with services, programs and facilities annually

Students will demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed in achieving professional and personal goals and to function as a well person in the global community

  3. Identity and Integrity

Students will demonstrate their level of self-awareness and personal development through the assessment of personal and professional values and ethics. This will demonstrate an appreciation of human differences and diverse cultural, social, and political perspectives

II. Assessing Student Services, Facilities, and Programs

  1. Determine Student and Other User Needs

Departments within the Division of Student Affairs will determine student and other user needs by surveying the appropriate campus and community members.

  2. Measure Student and Other User Satisfaction

Departments within the Division will survey students and other users to measure their degree of satisfaction with services, programs, and facilities.
