When Will Diplomas Be Mailed?

Diplomas are typically mailed by the Office of Academic Records and Summer School (724.738.2010) 3-4 weeks after the end of final exams to undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students who have met all graduation requirements and have no holds on their accounts. The processing of graduate student diplomas usually takes longer and is handled by the Office of Graduate Studies (724.738.2051).
