What Do I Do If I Don't Remember My Personal Identification Number (PIN) for RockTalk?

You must call the Office of Academic Records and Summer School (724-738-2010) and ask to have your PIN reset. The staff cannot release your PIN, they can only reset it to your birthday. You will then have to access the RockTalk phone or web-based systems and follow the prompts for establishing a PIN.
