Is the Meningitis Vaccine Required?

If you are planning to live in university-owned housing, you must either have the meningitis vaccine (and provide proof including the date received and signature of healthcare provider or stamped immunization record) or sign a waiver requesting exemption (available through Student Health Services or the Office of Residence Education and Housing).
