Registration
Options
PRINTABLE REGISTRATION FORM
Print and Submit by Mail or
Fax.
You can join the ILR
and/or register for classes in any one of the following
ways.

Print out and complete the registration form. Mail the form
along with your check made payable to SRU Foundation (ILR) to
Institute for Learning in Retirement, SRU Center for Lifelong and
Community Learning, 165 Elm Street, Slippery Rock, PA
16057.

Print out and complete the registration form. Fax the form to
724.738.1605. Mail your check made payable to SRU Foundation
(ILR) to Institute for Learning in Retirement, SRU Center for
Lifelong and Community Learning, 165 Elm Street, Slippery Rock,
PA 16057.

IN
PERSON: You can join up and register for classes at the
Kick-Off Celebration.
Registrations can not
be confirmed until we have payment (checks only) and your social
security number or date of birth.
Make checks payable
to SRU Foundation (ILR).
PLEASE REGISTER
EARLY! Please be
advised many classes and events are limited in size.
Registrations must be received at least 7 days in advance. We
will send you a confirmation, including the location of your class
or event.
A LA CARTE
OPTION: Members may
take as many classes as they wish. A non-member may register
for a single ILR class or event on a space-available basis.
Not all offerings are open to non-members. If an offering is
open to non-members, a non-member fee will be listed with the
description.
GUEST
POLICY: For classes that meet more than once, an ILR
member may, with the instructor's permission, bring a guest to one
meeting of the class. The same guest cannot attend more than
one meeting of that class, but a member may bring different guests
to each class meeting (one guest at a time). For workshops
and events that only meet once, non-members must pay the non-member
fee in order to participate.
