When Does A
Student Need to Make Up an Incomplete Grade (I)?
"The deadline for completing
incomplete course work is at the sole discretion of the
professor." Effective
Summer, 1993, if an undergraduate student receives an "I" grade in
a course, the student will have 12 months after receiving the
incomplete to finish all coursework and receive a change of grade.
Failure to do so within 12 months, regardless of whether or not the
student attends the university, will result in the grade
automatically converting to an "F." Students will not be permitted
to graduate with incomplete grades on their records.
