Undergraduate students planning to graduate in July should apply for graduation and teacher certification by June 15. Graduation Applications are available in the Office of Academic Records and Summer School, Room 107, Old Main and teacher certification applications may be picked up in the Dean of the College of Education’s Office in Room 105, McKay Education Building. There are $20.00 and $40.00 fees respectively that must accompany these applications.
Students enrolled in summer internships may graduate in July as long as they complete their internship by September 30, 2010.
Graduate students planning to graduate in July must submit a formal written application with required signatures no later than June 15. Forms may be obtained from the Office of Graduate Admissions in the North Hall Welcome Center or accessed online.
There is no Commencement ceremony during the summer.
Undergraduate students planning to graduate at one of the following graduations, should write the appropriate number on their registration form.
