Registration forms may be obtained at the Child Care Center. These forms include a financial agreement, an emergency information sheet, and a health appraisal. A spot will be reserved for your child when the forms are returned along with a schedule and registration fee.

The non-refundable registration fee is $20 per child each semester ($15 for full-time university students). The registration fee for summer programs is $10 per child.
