Advanced Technology and Science Hall - houses the departments of Computer Science, Chemistry, and Geology, Geography and the Environment. 

Aebersold Student Recreation Center - houses the Office of Campus Recreation, climbing wall, gymnasiums, pool, health fitness center, and Office of Intramurals and Club Sports

Art Building - houses the Art Department and art studios, with exception of metalsmithing, sculpture, fibers, and ceramics.   

Art Ceramics Building- houses the ceramics studio

Art Metalsmithing Building –houses the metalsmithing studio

Art Sculpture Building- houses the sculpture studio 

Bailey Library –houses the library faculty and staff, Academic Services Department, Tutoring Center, Academic Advisement Center, and Career Services Office, a laptop loan center, T & B Naturally Coffee House, the University’s Archives, Smart Classroom, and Center for Instructional Technology (Blackboard).

Boozel Dining Hall- 

Carruth Rizza Hall –houses the International Services Office, Modern Languages & Cultures Department and classrooms

Center for Lifelong and Community Learning -- houses the Dean of Lifelong Learning, the Institute for Learning in Retirement, Executive Leadership Program, and the Office of Workforce and Community Education. 

Childcare Center –Day Care Center located in McKay Education Building

Counseling & Development Training Facility –houses some of the Counseling and Development faculty and classrooms

Dinger Special Education Complex (Morrow Field House) –houses the Special Education Department and classrooms

Egli Soccer Field

Eisenberg Classroom Building – houses the Dean, College of Business, Information and Social Sciences, Departments of Communication, Parks and Recreation, and the School of Business (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing,Management), as well as the Rocket Newspaper, a computer lab and classrooms

Lowry Center –houses the Institute for Community, Service-Learning, and Non-Profit Leadership

Macoskey Center for Sustainable System Education and Research (Harmony House) – a laboratory that promotes sustainability

Maltby Center –houses the Offices of Financial Aid, Information and Administrative Technology Services, the Help Desk , Veteran’s Affairs, the Martha Gault Art Gallery, and the Associate Provost for Information and Administrative Technology Services.

McKay Education Building –houses the Dean, College of Education and Departments of Elementary Education, Secondary Education/Foundations of Education, and Counseling and Development, classrooms, Child Care Center, an ITV (distance ed.) classroom and a dance studio

McKeever Environmental Center –located in Sandy Lake PA, run by Slippery Rock University

Miller Auditorium –houses the University’s largest performance space and Theatre Department

Morrow Field House –houses the Departments of Physical Education and Dance, Office of Intercollegiate Athletics, gymnasium, racquetball courts, track, wrestling area, swimming pool, a dance studio, the Office of Camps & Conferences, and classrooms

North Hall –houses SRU's Welcome Center, including the Offices of Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, Retention Services, Orientation, Honors Program, the Associate Provost for Enrollment Services.  North Hall is also a co-ed residence hall and houses the University Club.

Old Main –Main Administrative Building – houses The President’s Office, Provost’s and Vice Presidents’ Offices, and Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting Services, Academic Records and Summer School, Diversity & Equal Opportunity, University Public Relations, Web Communications, Human Resources, Assistant Vice President for Finance, Institutional Research, Advancement Services, Annual Fund, Budget and Fiscal Planning, Office of the Vice President of Student Life, Assistant Vice President for Student Services, Internal Audit, Payroll, SRU Foundation, Perkins Loan Office, Sports Information offices, and Judicial Programs. 

Old Thompson Field –used for teaching Physical Education activity courses

Patterson Hall – houses the office of Grants and Sponsored Research, the APSCUF office, and the departments of Biology, Exercise and Rehabilitative Sciences, Mathematics, and Psychology. 

Physical Therapy Building –houses Dean, College of Health, Environment, and Science and School of Physical Therapy classrooms and labs.

Power House Annex –houses Ceramics and Sculpture Art Studios

 Regional Learning Alliance (RLA) - Slippery Rock's new Regional Learning Alliance center is located in the Cranberry Woods Corporate Office Park just off exit 78 (Route 228) of I-79. This state-of-the-art facility opened in August, 2004 and serves as SRU's primary off-campus instructional site.

Rhoads Hall –Student Health Services and Counseling Center. Rhodes Hall is also a co-ed residence hall.

Ski Lodge –houses University’s Outdoor Recreation Center

Spotts World Culture Building –houses departments of English, History, Philosophy, Professional Studies, and  Social Work, Criminology and Criminal Justice and classrooms

Stoner Instructional Complex (East & West Gymnasiums) –houses departments of Physics and Sport Management, and a gymnasium, pool, classrooms and labs

Storm Harbor Equestrian Center -- houses one classroom, a riding arena and 12 stables. The facility will be used for educational purposes and lessons.

Strain Behavioral Science Building –houses Dean, College of Humanities, Fine and Performing Arts, Departments of Health & Safety, Military Science (Army ROTC), Nursing, and the Gerontology Program, Women’s Center, Sports Nutrition Education Resource Center, AFSCME Office, 2 ITV (Distance Ed) classrooms, and classrooms

Swope Music Building –houses Department of Music and classrooms, practice and recital halls

Thompson Stadium Complex - includes Dispirito Field, Lennox Track, Bejbl Weight Training Facility

University Union –houses Offices of the Assistant Vice President for Student Development, Center for Student Involvement & Leadership, Cooperative Activities, Student Government Association, multi-cultural Programs, Bookstore, a multi-cultural/commuter lounge, Rocky’s Grille, WSRU Radio, a computer lab, LGBT Center, Taylor and Byrnes Coffee Bar, PNC Bank, and meeting rooms.

Vincent Science Hall – Closed for renovations 2009 - 2010

Watson Hall - Co-ed Suite-Style Residence Hall, Living and Learning Communities, and houses the Office of Residence Life

Weisenfluh Dining Hall –houses University Food Services and ID card office

Women's Softball/Soccer Complex -- houses coaches' offices and locker rooms
