Business Administration Specialization

(with International Emphasis)

French: 30-39 hours

Business: 24 hours

 

I.       Major Prerequisite Courses or Equivalents:  (3 hours).   Exemption is possible from these courses according to performance on the placement test.  CLEP, AP and OPI credits are accepted.

II.    Basic Skills Courses: (0-12 hours) Exemption is possible from these courses according to performance on the placement test.  CLEP, AP and OPI credits are accepted for some of the following courses.

III.              Required French Courses: (18 hours)

300 French Grammar Review

3 hours of French at 300-level

 

IV.              Electives: (0-12 hours) to complete 30 credits for the major. Any 300- or 400-level French course may be chosen as an elective including the conversation or civilization courses not chosen in II.

VI.             Study Abroad Program: (highly recommended). Students should plan to spend a summer or semester in a country where French is spoken. Credits earned may be used to fill the above requirements.
