The Labor and Grounds crew provides continuous maintenance for the campus, including all landscaping activities and litter removal. They also provide services through the online work order system such as preparing and marking the athletic fields, relocating offices and special events set ups.

Services Provided as Ongoing and Continuous Maintenance

• All landscape activities such as mowing, trimming, and fertilizing grass, pruning trees, trimming hedges; maintaining flower beds, weed control; leaf removal

• Repairing potholes

• Trash removal

• Litter removal

• Snow and Ice removal

Services Accessed through the Work Order System

• Prepare and mark athletic fields 

• Prepare and mark fields for summer camps

• Install and maintain University traffic signs

• Moving service: relocating offices

• Delivery service: pick up/deliver supplies, equipment, furniture

• Special event set ups: set up chairs, tables, stages, ect: for special events
