EDITOR’S ADVISORY 2-3-04

With the current national media attention on Sunday’s Super Bowl’s halftime show, regional media may be interested in Wednesday’s [Feb. 4] planned debate on pornography scheduled at Slippery Rock University.

Susan Cole, author playwright and senior entertainment and book editor at NOW Magazine, and Ron Jeremy, currently a member of WB’s “The Surreal Life” series and a nationally recognized pornography star, are scheduled to meet at 8 p.m. to debate the issue. Both will be available for a media conference at 7:15 p.m. prior to the debate.

The 20-minute media conference will be held on the second floor of the University Union. The debate will follow at 8 p.m. in the first floor Multi-Purpose Room. Admission is free.
