The Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan presented here represents the collaborative initiatives, communications, energies and efforts of the Enrollment Services personnel as well as many constituencies across campus.  The plan is presented in the form of a PowerPoint presentation to represent its dynamic and fluid process.  Every effort was made to avoid creating a plan that would be simply prepared, written, and placed on a shelf to collect dust.  The plan was prepared as a PowerPoint presentation to represent its changing nature as new assessments are examined and responses to the environment necessitate changes to the plan.  Many sections of the plan can be separated apart from the full document for presentation purposes.
