The term "project" shall mean construction, expansion, extension, alteration, or addition to any facility or utility. Click here to view the policy regarding projects.

If you are familiar with our policy and wish to go directly to the form, click here to download the form.  Please note that this form is used for requesting projects and should also be used when changing the use of a space or facility.

When you have completed the form, please save it as a document to your hard drive or diskette, naming it appropriately.  You may then e-mail the document as an attached file to facilities@sru.edu.  Please DO NOT embed the document into the body of your e-mail.  Additional supporting documentation may also be attached to this e-mail if it is in electronic format (on your computer somewhere).  Your request will be entered into the on-line SPACE/PROJECT REQUEST SYSTEM.  If any of these materials (request from and/or supporting documents) are only available in hard copy, bring them by the Facilities & Planning Office in the Maintenance Center Building on Keister Road.  We will be glad to scan these materials into the computer and return your originals to you.

You will be notified by e-mail when your request is on-line with a work order number and link so that you may follow the progress of your request.  If you intend to follow your request on-line, please contact Facilities & Planning at facilities@sru.edu to get the User ID and password required to access the work order system or call LaDonna Linamen, Ext. 2543, for assistance in using this system.
