Slippery Rock University is a predominately white, able-bodied, straight, Christian, and unionized campus.  Some believe that these identifiers are clear indicators of challenges to creating a diverse and inclusive campus. This frame of thought is not only problematic but inherently defies and negates the very spirit of diversity, inclusion, and higher education.
