Introductions

President Robert M. Smith called the meeting to order and introduced our speakers:
Ms. Holly McCoy, Assistant Vice President for Diversity & Equal Opportunity, and Mr. Dean Lindey, Director of Information Technology. 

Ms. McCoy provided the group with an overview of the SRU Diversity Plan.  Mr. Lindey presented to the group the Information Technology Strategic Plan.  Mr. Brian Danielson, Instructional Design Specialist, followed with a presentation detailing the Instructional Technology Strategic Plan.      

Following the presentations, the presenters entertained questions.

Following brief discussion, President Smith adjourned the meeting. 

Next Meeting Date

The next meeting of the Strategic Planning Committee will take place on Tuesday, May 1, 7:30 AM in the Pennsylvania Room of North Hall.  The group will hear presentations from Dr. Bill Williams, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Constance Foley, Vice President for Student Life, and Dr. Charles Curry, Vice President for Finance and Administrative Affairs.
