ACTION 
The University will continue to hire women and employees of color in greater percentage to the overall university percentage for each sector. (FA)

BASELINE   
Between October 31, 2003 and May 31, 2004: Hired 17 tenure-track faculty - 5 persons of color and 11 women; 2 coaches - 1 person of color and 1 woman.
The university employs 12.2% people of color and 51.7% women.

UPDATE    
Between October 31, 2004 - May 31, 2005: Hired 18 tenure track faculty - 6 person of color (33.3%) and 11 women (61.1%); 1 coach - 0 persons of color (0%) and 1 woman (100%); 14 regular full-time staff - 3 persons of color (21%) and 11 women (79%). 
Slippery Rock University hired a total of 96 employees in the categories of faculty, coaches, and staff, including 19 persons of color (20%) and 52 females (54%).

Between October 31, 2005 and May 31, 2006: Hired 16 tenure track faculty, 4 persons of color (25%) and 10 women (62.5%); 2 regular coaches, 1 persons of color (50%), 0 women; 8 regular, full-time staff, 2 persons of color (25%) and 4 women (50%); 6 regular, full-time managers, 0 persons of color and 5 women (83.3%); 2 regular, full-time professional staff, 0 persons of color and 1 woman (50%).  As of May 31, 2006, the university employs 12.7% persons of color up 1.7% and 53.2% women, up 7%.

As of May 31, 2007, the University employs 12.3% persons of color (12.7% in 2006) and 52.9% women (53.2% in 2006).

As of May 31, 2008, the University employs 12.3% of persons of color (12.3% in 2007) and 52.2% of women (52.9% in 2007).

As of June 30, 2010, the University employs 12.3% persons of color and 53.3% women.

As of June 30, 2011, the University employs 12.5% persons of color and 52.2% women.
