ACTION 
The University will provide a climate of inclusiveness, sensitivity and appreciation for diversity through formal programs of diversity training that reaches minimally 10% of employees each year. (FA)
 
BASELINE 
106 employees (11.75%) participated in 13 diversity training programs.

UPDATE 
78 employees (8.63%) participated in 10 diversity training programs.
(2004)

UPDATE 
79 employees (8.76%) participated in 12 diversity training programs, including an on-line course, of which 30 of the 79 employees participated.

231 employees (25%) participated in 25 diversity training programs.

265 employees (27%) participated in 32 diversity training programs.

210 employees (21%) participated in 30 diversity training programs, a 26.2% decline compared to 2007: 265 employees (27%) participated in 32 diversity training programs.

programs, a 36.2% increase compared to 2008: 210 employees (21%) participated in 30 diversity programs.

857 employees (88%) participated in 47 total diversity course offerings (10 of which were different courses) *note Sexual Harassment Training is now mandatory.
