Maintain and update existing articulation agreements with Butler, Beaver and Allegheny County Community Colleges and add new ones as strategy for achieving System goal for enrolling new transfer students from Pennsylvania Community Colleges (PACC). Goal is to meet the State System target. (11% by June 2009) (AA)
