The FYRST Seminar is a one credit course designed
specifically for first year students.
The goal of
the FYRST seminar is to assist students in their adjustment to
college life.
The FYRST Seminar provides students with an opportunity to
participate in the University community by utilizing campus
programs, services and technology. Students are introduced to their
major if they are enrolled in a FYRST Seminar related to their
major. Students also develop their academic skills and learning
strategies. |
