ADULT EDUCATION FROM 11 SCHOOLS --
REGIONAL LEARNING ALLIANCE TO HOST JUNE 14-15
OPEN HOUSES
WEXFORD, Pa. – Information on more than 50 undergraduate,
graduate and certificate programs from 11 schools will be available
when the Regional Learning Alliance at Cranberry Woods hosts open
houses from 4 to 8 p.m. June 14-15.
Course information will be available for programs in business,
leadership, health care and human services, English, technology,
education, credit and non-credit continuing education and
professional development.
The RLA is western Pennsylvania?s premier site for adult
education and career development, located on Route 228, just off
Interstate 79 in Marshall Township, Allegheny County. Slippery Rock
University led development of the center.
The partnership includes The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Butler
County Community College, Carlow University, DeVry University,
Geneva College, La Roche College, Penn State University, Pittsburgh
Technical Institute, Robert Morris University, SRU and Triangle
Tech.
The RLA includes many amenities for working adults, including
the Carlow Early Learning Center, the Wellness Center, computer
labs, lounge area and a caf�. Its primary purpose is meeting
the training and educational needs of employees and businesses
within a two-hour radius of northern Allegheny County. For more
